Notes:

  • Package (half finishing).
  • An additional 500 pounds per meter is added if the apartment does not have shells or shavings.
  • An additional 250 is added if we receive a unit within a compound to adhere to the rules of the compound and maintain it.
  • An additional 300 will be added to the price per meter in case that a refinishing site is received for crushing and masonry work.
  • The calculation of architectural modifications will be added according to the project engineer’s discretion.
